Lydia was a nanny for my two children in 2010. I had just given birth to a baby girl and adopted a baby boy, and after a quick 12 week maternity leave, I needed to go back to work. I was nervous to leave my 9 month old and 3 month old, but Lydia immediately put my fears to rest. She was a wonderful nanny who put my kids on a needed schedule, helped potty train them, sleep train them, and was there when they took their first steps. Lydia taught them and would bring educational games from her own home to have fun but keeps my kids learning. Lydia is still spoken about fondly in our home and my kids will never forget their first and only nanny, Lydia.

Lydia of The Nanny Co has been wonderful to work with! We have had several nannies sent through the babysitting service and were very impressed with them. Lydia is professional and responsive to messages and efficient with scheduling. We have tried to provide several weeks notice for sitters, but once we had more last minute needs and she was able to quickly provide staffing. Highly recommend!
