Sound Care Agency is one of the best nanny agencies out there! I have been a nanny for the back-up care team for a little while now, and cannot say enough good things about the caring and kind management that this company has! As a nanny, it can be nerve-wracking trying to find good families to work for, but every single family I have worked for has been kind, caring, compassionate and fun! And if there is ever any issue before or while on the job- the admin team is available around the clock to help! You even have full control of your schedule if this is just a side hustle/job while in school/second job (but you can for sure work over full time if you wanted too)- you sign up for shifts in an app and have numerous options! I truly feel blessed to have found this agency and know that any parent/nanny who needs care should feel confident in the management and services provided by the Nannie’s on this team!

They view their employees as family, always putting the nannies needs first and are completely understanding of when life happens.
